about me

TRACI KANE

After working for 15 years in medical management, I was refinancing my home and saw a life-changing sign: “Hiring Lending Specialists.” I inquired about the position and started my career in home financing in 2000. On January 1, 2001, I became a full-time loan officer and never looked back.

When you work with me, I’ll meet you where you are. I want to understand your unique circumstances to set you up for future success not only with your own home but with building wealth. That starts with listening to your needs and concerns to help you feel confident through closing. We’ll discuss the steps between your application and move-in day, the state of the housing market, and the best ways to build wealth. Whether your first home or fifth investment property, nothing is more important than making your homeownership dreams a reality.

I’ve built my career on personalizing the mortgage process. From first-time homebuyers and self-employed borrowers to assisting clients with unique situations, credit repair needs, or condo financing, I'll get it done. I look forward to starting your home financing journey and walking by your side every step of the way.

I grew up on a small farm with my parents working as coal miners. After completing high school, I went to trade school for dental assisting. That led to two years at an orthodontist's office and a move to St. Louis to work for an ear, nose, and throat physician. Today, I love to spend time with my guy John, three children, two dogs, and friends – especially vacationing, car shows, hiking, and attending sporting events and concerts.
